Produced, wrote, edited, and hosted a twelve-part TV series aired on some 50 affiliated stations of the Public Broadcasting System (PBS) network. The series, entitled “CREATING ALTERNATIVE FUTURES” was produced in association with WUFT-Channel Five, at the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL. They featured Hazel Henderson’s conversations with futurists:

  3. “The Future of Enterprise” with John Naisbitt and Sven Atterhed.

  5. “Socially Responsible Investing” with Alice Tepper Marlin, President of Council on Economic Priorities.
  6. “Investing for a Viable World Future” with Robert Muller, Ziauddin Sardar.
  7. “East Meets West” with Alvin Toffler and Ziauddin Sardar.
  8. “Science and Society” with Fritjof Capra.
  9. “The Turning Point” with Fritjof Capra.
  10. “The Possible Society” with Jean Houston.
  11. “He and She Futures” with James Robertson.
  12. “The Possible Human” with Jean Houston.
This TV series has been dubbed into Spanish and has been aired in several South American countries, as well as New Zealand and Australia. Produced two twelve-part series on CBS-TV “Sunrise Semester” in New York City, entitled “ALTERNATIVE FUTURES” which were aired in 1977 and 1978.
Interviewed on NBC-TV “TODAY SHOW,” ABC-TV “GOOD MORNING AMERICA,” PBS-TV, “BILL MOYER’S JOURNAL,” CBS-TV “NIGHTWATCH,” and Australia’s ABC-TV, “Nightline,” with John Naisbitt on “Looking Ahead to 2010” (January, 1995), Dennis Wholey’s “America” (PBS, 1997) as well as many local news and magazine programs in the US, Canada and other countries.
